Yes. Our Executive Session at $750 is a great entry point for first-time clients who want to experience the process before committing to a larger engagement. Many of our retainer clients started with a single session.

Anywhere that works for you — your office, conference room, home, event space, or any location within San Diego County. We assess the space when we arrive and position equipment for the best possible sound.

Plan for approximately 30 minutes for setup, your full recording time, and about 20 minutes for breakdown. We keep our footprint small and our process efficient so we don't disrupt your team or workspace.

Just a space and a power outlet. We bring everything else — microphones, stands, audio interface, cables, monitoring equipment, and lighting for video sessions. You don't need to supply a single piece of gear.

We deliver broadcast-ready WAV and MP3 files for audio sessions. Video sessions include optimized MP4 files for publishing, plus formatted short-form clips sized for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

Yes. Intro/outro integration is included in the Team Roundtable package and above. If you have branded audio assets, send them over before your session and we'll weave them in during post-production.
